Xiaoni Li

Xiaoni Li is an Associate Professor of Finance in the Department of Business Management at the Faculty of Business Management and Economics, Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Tarragona, Spain.

Her research focuses on sustainability, firm performance, entrepreneurship (including social entrepreneurship and innovation), SME crisis management, bankruptcy analysis, and corporate governance. She collaborates with the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Business Creation at URV and Ship2B Venture Capital.

She is also the Principal Investigator of the Horizon Europe BEAGLE project (2024–2027) and a contributor to the Horizon Europe INTEGER project (2023–2024).
