Florian Lüdeke-Freund

Florian Lüdeke-Freund is a Professor for Corporate Sustainability at ESCP Business School, Berlin. He is the Founder and Academic Director of the MSc. program in Sustainability Entrepreneurship & Innovation.  

Florian co-founded the ESCP STAR Centre for Sustainability Transformation & Applied Research, which serves as a platform for science-practice transfer. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability, Berlin, and has held guest positions at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), Stellenbosch University (South Africa), and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), and frequently gives lectures and guest talks at international universities and business schools.  

For over fifteen years, Florian’s research and teaching have focused on corporate sustainability management, sustainable entrepreneurship, and sustainable business models.

 

He is Associate Editor at Business Strategy and the Environment and the Journal of Business Models, as well as a member of the Editorial Review Board of Organization & Environment. With numerous highly cited publications on sustainable business models, he is a key contributor to the development of this field.
