Emilie

Emilie (born 1999) is a PhD student at the University of Iceland. She holds a BA in Communication and IT from the University of Copenhagen (2021) and an MSocSc in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School (2024). Her research focuses on how human and AI-driven feedback enhance competency development for scaling social entrepreneurship (SE), with a particular interest in mentorship access for minorities and disadvantaged students. With a background in consulting and years of involvement with LGBT+ Denmark, Emilie is committed to fostering inclusive SE education.
